How
will
Bryant & Associates approach your business problem?

It would be nice if I could tell you that Bryant & Associates has a "magic bullet" to solve your problem.  The fact is that Bryant & Associates doesn't have a "magic bullet" and neither does anyone else.

What I do have is a clear understanding of the process for solving problems in a business setting, an understanding of the tools and techniques that allow the process to work, 25+ years of experience and the willingness to do the hard work necessary to make the process work for you.

The following topics cover some of the fundamental techniques used to address your business problems:

  • The Consulting Process  This is a description of the general process of conducting a consulting assignment in your organization.  It will give you some idea of what you can expect during an engagement.

  • The D4 Methodology  The Bryant & Associates D4 Methodology is a generic business planning process.  It provides a framework for identifying business problems and opportunities and making appropriate strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions about how to identify and deal with issues.  This methodology provides our clients with a description of how we approach the business problem solving process and the context for our services within that process.  Given a good understanding of this process, it is easy to relate Bryant & Associates products and services to your specific needs.

  • The Requirements Definition Process  This process is a key to quickly and accurately define and document both business and functional requirements.  Inadequate requirements definition is one of the primary reasons that technology projects fail.  For this reason, a thorough requirements definition is part of every assignment that we take.

  • Business Process Analysis  To effectively use information technology in your business, you must understand your unique business processes and how they relate to your products and services.  Given a thorough understanding of your processes, you can maximize the impact of technology on your products and services while minimizing the cost.  This allows you to maximize your return-on-investment (ROI) in information technology and maximize the impact of technology on your bottom line.

  • Project Management  Project management as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is a core competency of Bryant & Associates.  It's how we manage our consulting engagements internally and it's how we will manage your projects.
