| Who
are the people of Bryant
& Associates?:
My name is Richard Cleve Bryant and I'm the owner of the business. I'll be involved with every engagement that Bryant & Associates takes on. In addition, I have associates that I've developed over the past 25 years that I can call on when their unique skills are required. Since I've worked with most major computer and software vendors, I'm able to call on both vendors and other technical resources to address your unique requirements. Richard C.

As the Project Director for the New Mexico Statewide Immunization Information System, I was responsible for the implementation of New Mexico’s joint agency effort to adopt, modify and implement the Wisconsin immunization registry application. While serving as project director, the project team acquired CMS funding, developed an RFP, awarded the contract for the implementation and placed the application into production in late 2005. As the CTO of a software development company, I was responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of the company’s products and services. As an officer of the company, I was intimately involved with strategic planning, attracting venture capital and the development and management of the company’s products and services. Our products and services were designed to support the supply chain and supply chain management between the manufacturer and the retailer. |

for presentation and defense of the business case up through the
organizational chain of command, ultimately presenting the
business case to the Board of Directors and obtaining their approval
to proceed with this multimillion-dollar effort. As the Project
Manager of the Indus/Passport implementation, I was responsible
for the planning and implementation of all project activities
and contract management for all vendors participating on the
project. |

products corporate license. |

hundred users from a Banyan network to the NT network, upgrades
to over 1000 desktops, the installation of several hundred new desktop
PCs, and the training of 2000 users on the new desktop and network
environment. This multimillion-dollar effort was accomplished
within 24 months, under budget and on schedule. |

of Directors, developing a project management guideline manual and
developing and conducting a project management training program
for over 300 project managers and team members. |

ultimately unsuccessful in that we started our company just as the
